Demonstration Experiment for New Travel Experiences Using Web3 Begins at Apartment Hotel MIMARU
UPBOND, Cosmos Initia, and Cosmos Hotel Management have launched a pilot project in the hospitality industry utilizing blockchain technology.

Starting September 17, 2024, "NFT Membership Cards" will be introduced at MIMARU's two locations in Tokyo.
- NFT Credentials to Be Granted to Users of the "KURO-GO" Luggage Delivery Service
- Centralizing Baggage Delivery Requests, Identity Verification, and Passport Pre-Registration via NFTs
- Participants will be offered stablecoin incentives
Purpose
Eliminate the fragmentation of traveler data across the entire tourism sector. The goal is to improve the convenience of NFT and stablecoin technologies and to assess their acceptance.
Future Plans
Plans are in place to integrate with flight booking, transportation services, restaurant reservations, and personalized travel recommendations.
