After verifying the identity of the individual or their representative, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and scope.

We will send you our company’s prescribed “Request Form for Disclosure, etc., of Retained Personal Data” by mail, fax, or email. Please fill out the form, enclose the necessary documents, and return it to us. (Postage is the responsibility of the requester.) After verifying your identity as the data subject or your representative, we will respond by providing a written response.

Providing personal information is optional. If you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.

Based on our Personal Information Protection Policy, which complies with JIS Q 15001, we have established Personal Information Protection Regulations and operate a Personal Information Protection Management System.

We implement safety management measures from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical, and technical. Even when outsourcing to third parties overseas, we take appropriate safety management measures, such as assessing the external environment.
