UPBOND Communication" enables a reciprocal customer service experience on Instagram; launches API integration with Instagram Messenger.

This integration function can be utilized by introducing "UPBOND", a CRM service that has been developed by our company for some time.

 Up until now, UPBOND inc. has been supporting business growth of toC manufacturers by providing OMO and omni-channel services. Through this API integration, companies with Instagram business accounts can easily build a business environment that provides a personalized customer experience to users interested in their products and services on Instagram by introducing and using a no-code MA tool called "UPBOND Communication".
